Getting access to a NetSuite instance is insanely expensive!! That’s why at Integration Labs, we offer our customers access to a NetSuite sandbox so they can test their integration in a controlled environment, free from the risks of live operations. When it comes to building reliable integrations, testing is key. Integrating with an enterprise platform like NetSuite can be extremely complex, with numerous moving parts to manage. From my experience working with clients, I’ve seen how important it is to test in a sandbox environment and catch potential issues early on. This allows our customers to fine-tune their work flow, reducing the risk of making errors once they go live. We now support the ability to set up Connection-Level Scopes directly via our Dashboard!  Our customers can configure exactly what permissions and data models they would like to access for each connection. This provides them with a more granular level of control, and allows the end customer to feel more secure. This has definitely been one of our most requested features, and we're super excited to finally add this functionality in production! For more details, reach out to our team.

Recently we've started working with larger companies to help them integrate with their enterprise customers ERP systems. The request that immediately started popping up was to be able to manage their customers financials not only by the location or branch, but by each individual project they were running. Our new Projects Data Model, now supported on Zoho Books, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Wafeq وافِق, enables our customers to track and manage project-related expenses, invoices, etc within a unified view. We are excited to announce we now support the ability to Sync Data from a specific Date via our Dashboard and API. Our customers can now select exactly what data they want to sync, and the time period they would like to sync the data for. This feature reduces their costs and data load, while ensuring only the relevant information is captured. Controls like this are required for companies working with enterprise customers. Recently, we transitioned to the OAuth connection flow for Wafeq وافِق, moving away from the old API Key system. This small but important update enhances security and makes granting access much smoother than the token-based authentication. As an exclusive partner of Wafeq, a leading accounting platform in the MENA region, we’ve been working closely to ensure this transition is seamless and efficient for everyone involved. Excited to share that we recently added the Goods Receipt Note (GRN) Data Model to our Unified Accounting API to support a customer’s specific Accounts Payable (AP) use case. With this addition our customers can now match incoming inventory with purchase orders in real time, automating the verification process for invoices. We’ve taken a major step forward with our Unified API by introducing E-Commerce Write APIs. Our customers now have the ability to write Products, Customers, and Orders data. This allows them to manage inventory, place orders, and make real-time updates to product catalogs and customer information.
