Meet Patrick C.! After a 22-year career as a Human Resource Specialist in the Arkansas Air National Guard, Patrick joined Intelligent Waves (IW) last year as the Human Resources Systems Analyst, where his role entails a mix of system maintenance, alerts, and support tickets related to the many HR systems within the IW People Team. He was recently awarded Newcomer of the Year in the 2024 IW Team Member awards for his efforts in automating the new hire process. In his free time, Patrick enjoys spending time outdoors, photography, and cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks – Woo Pig Sooie!
