We are excited to welcome Marc Schneider as one of our new Operations Managers here at Inter-Con! Marc began his career in security as a part-time nightlife officer, progressing to Security Shift Supervisor at a major casino. A highlight was opening a new casino in Michigan, which ignited his passion for training and development. Marc later became Security Manager, overseeing two large casinos, and then Assistant Director at another property. He has trained new officers in academy training, defensive tactics, de-escalation, and firearms. His leadership philosophy emphasizes inspiring and empowering others. As John C. Maxwell said, "A leader knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way," and Marc strives to embody this in all he does. #Welcome #Security

Check Treats: Inspect all candy and treats before indulging to make sure they're safe to eat. 4. Buddy System: Travel in groups or with a trusted adult, especially for the little goblins. 5.
