Mayor Adams is presumed innocent, of course. This is the United States. Upon reviewing the charges in the indictment, we have observed a course of conduct of Mayor Adams. If the evidence is proved to be accurate, this will be a massive failure of American leadership. If the charges are politically motivated, we will soon learn of the players involved. He won't be the first or last to face accountability. Our firm has been investigating corruption at the local level this year. We take this seriously as this has infiltrated many local communities. President Chad Bruckner testified yesterday as an expert witness at a suppression hearing in a felony drug case in Montgomery County, PA criminal court. Suppression hearings are an important part of the adjudication process. A suppression hearing is requested by a defendant when they believe the evidence being used against them was obtained illegally.
