About us
Founded in 1978 by Samuel C. Hutchinson, Interface Construction Corporation is a full service general contracting and construction management firm. Tailored to meet clients' needs, our services focus on what's most important to you: timely performance, quality craftsmanship, safety, and budget efficiency. While many contractors have become merely brokers of construction services, Interface Construction self- performs nearly one-third of our annual work volume, providing some of the best superintendent and craftsmen in the industry. As 100% Minority Business Enterprise we deliver true diversity alongside the highest/quality, always under our guiding principles of truth, integrity and transparency.

Data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics shows: Hardhats were worn by only 16% of workers who sustained head injuries on the job. In any given year, more than one thousand workers are killed in the US from head injuries sustained at work. “As leaders in safety, it’s important to know when and what change is needed for our crews. Interface Construction has decided to upgrade our Type 1 hardhat with the new Type 2 classification - helmet system with a chin strap” Mark Boehms, Vice President, Director of Safety Helmet use reduces the risk of head injury by 85%, brain injury by 88% and severe brain injury by at least 75%. The protective effect of helmets for facial injury is 65% for the upper and mid facial regions. (NIH.gov) We’d like to hear your feedback!
