Richard Janka, Psy.D. LP, will be presenting this session at the 2025 International Academies of Emergency Dispatch Navigator Conference. Building and Maintaining a Culture of Wellness in Your Center This session goes beyond the nuts and bolts of wellness and peer support programs. It addresses the explicit and implicit messages that will either aid in the growth of such programs or in their failure. These messages are referred to as the "wellness culture". Your agency could have the best programs with the best team members, perfect SOPs, and a huge budget. However, if the culture within the center is not supportive of wellness, the programs will not be successful. Attendees will learn how to start changing that culture, whether they are a director, supervisor, or call-taker. You can change the culture. Still time to register! https://lnkd.in/eGzcTRMy
