Putri is a Masters student, and very passionate about making a difference in conservation. • Want to hear an awesome story? This is Puti Malabin 🐅 She was captured in Feb 2024, after she began preying on livestock in West Sumatra. Human-tiger conflict is a major threat to tigers like Puti Malabin, so her capture was vital to protect both her and the village. In June, she was successfully released into the Malampah Wildlife Reserve, where she can roam freely and safely once more. Rescue and release missions like this are crucial to saving Sumatran tigers, and we are so grateful for everyone's support in making this happen 🧡 You can read more on Puti Malabin's story here ➡️ https://lnkd.in/g-5X2-sP
