IWF Washington DC is this week's #ForumFriday spotlight for hosting a French-themed lunch in honor of the Olympics. For the 23rd consecutive year, the celebration was held at IWF DC member Ris Lacostes' restaurant, Ris DC, where guests enjoyed a thoughtful discussion on the menu and wine pairings.
✨ Une soirée inspirante avec des femmes d’exception ! ✨ Hier soir, lors de notre événement IWFF sur le thème de l’écriture, nous avons eu l’honneur d’accueillir des autrices talentueuses, membres de notre association. Elles ont généreusement partagé leur expérience de l’écriture ainsi que le parcours souvent sinueux qu’elles ont emprunté pour faire publier leur livre. 💬 Leurs témoignages ont non seulement mis en lumière les défis auxquels elles ont fait face, mais aussi la persévérance, la créativité et la passion qui les ont guidées dans cette aventure littéraire. Excited to share that I've been selected as a member of the 2024-2025 International Women's Forum (IWF) Leadership Fellows class. I look forward to working with and learning from the inspiring global leaders in my cohort. As part of my fellowship, I will spend the next year completing training at INSEAD and Harvard Business School, completing a legacy project, and working with an IWF mentor. 📍 ✨ Promouvoir le leadership féminin : Visions et réussites de l'été ✨ ✅ Les entreprises cherchent de nouvelles sources d'inspiration. Ainsi, j’ai pris de nombreux feedbacks et attentes suite à notre guide publié le 5 juin -Égalité et Mixité : repenser la promotion des femmes à l’ère de la loi Rixain : "lumineux", "inventif", "concret", "de bons conseils pour avancer sur l'équity", "tu m'as donne envie de rejoindre un réseau féminin", "oui, aider nous à accélérer". ✅ Les femmes Managers de transition avec qui j'ai eu la chance de travailler cet été ont vraiment une opportunité d'exprimer leurs talents. Elles mènent des missions de transition complexes ; elles sont des magiciennes ! Refondre l'ADV, Prendre en main une DG en redressement, Réduire de 20% les coûts achats Groupe, Reconstruire une Direction Comptable, Accompagner l'hyper croissance d'une start-up, Créer une direction de la Supplychain, Faire réussir un directeur des Opérations nouvellement promu. ✅ Faire confiance aux femmes leaders opérationnelles est tangible quand les dirigeants ont des sujets complexes à régler en contexte de restructuration, pour piloter des transformations incluant du "Change management". Il n'est plus question de genre mais de performance immédiate. ✅ Le leadership d'une femme à la tête du sujet de la Mixité et nécessaire. Si Eramet a des programmes féminins internationaux, Christel Bories l'a voulu ; si L'Oréal est exemplaire, Alexandra Palt s'est engagée ; si Schneider Electric investit autant, Charise LE insuffle une politique RH déterminée. Enfin si OPmobility affirme ses engagements, Félicie Burelle a pris la main. Je suis optimiste pour 2025 : 👉🏻 l’enjeu de la #Mixite est dorénavant porté en #Board et par deux dirigeants au #Comex : la RSE et la DRH. Reste à confirmer dans les budgets 2025 que les CEO pérenniseront des investissement innovants pour accélérer la promotion des femmes. 👉🏻 Je rencontre des dirigeants et des DRH hommes plus ouverts au sujet et déterminés. Des sujets clés ont été abordés, notamment les bouleversements provoqués par l’intelligence artificielle, la #RSE au regard du nouveau rapport au travail des nouvelles générations, la gestion de la #parentalité en entreprise et des nouveaux modèles familiaux.
