Interstate Sawing - meet Michael Horinek, he will be my first GPR concrete trainee. No construction background, completely green, but very eager. I am officially a team leader now. Just a little over 2 weeks. Area he is marking out he scanned. A fairly simple one. He has seen the challenge of a tight scan space with changing slabs, making it difficult to track items for me even. He has a lot to learn about structures, but will be with me for another month or so and what his comfort factor is. Good so far. He will slowly get fully immersed. This next week I will have him scan areas to see what he finds vs misses (hopefully not much 😉 ). It may slow scanning, but I've had to slow down to properly show Michael little nuanced signals that need to be looked at in different scan orientations. We had an introduction to the EM wand also. As we progress, I would like to send him to someone else's training. I am all self taught and I think there my be valuable information in that training that I never received. Second, I got my brand new FORD RANGER. Thank you Interstate Sawing Had to wait extra couple of months, due to Ford electronics hiccup? It is a super nice ride and awesome get up and go.
