Every year, alongside LNRS, LeafHouse raises money for an organization. This year, we had the pleasure of supporting the Helping Hand Home for Children of Austin, Texas. This organization is the oldest continuously operating residential childcare agency in Travis County providing a safe haven for children healing from physical and emotional abuse, neglect, or abandonment. The proceeds from LNRS will directly benefit the Helping Hand Home to provide a place for children to have a chance for a brighter future. We would like to thank everyone that helped raise money. #LNRS Charity Art Auction Every year we hold a fundraiser and art auction for a specific charity at the LeafHouse National Retirement Symposium. We have raised over $40,000 for charity in the last 2 years. Again, this year the provocative artist, Anthony Freda, has provided us with 10 special pieces encapsulating the various emotions of our symposium. This year's charity: For over a decade, my wife, Lori, has been filling Christmas stocking with personalized gifts for every child that is housed at Helping Hand Home. She has made it her personal mission to make those kids feel special and loved. Helping Hand Home is one of the oldest continuously operating residential childcare agencies, providing a safe haven for children healing from physical, emotional, and sexual abuse, neglect, or abandonment since 1893.
