This program recognizes young up-and- coming leaders from throughout the heat-treating industry. In his five years with Ipsen, Joshua has shown an incredible capacity for collaborative learning and taking a holistic approach to meeting customer needs. His ability to incorporate A3 reporting and other lean manufacturing tools helps him lead an innovative and efficient engineering department.
