IPTA proudly announces the receipt of the Award for the eFAST IT Support Services program. This award, with a value of $10M for a duration of 5 years, highlights our dedication to delivering superior requirements management, software engineering, and technical sustainment support to the FAA's acquisition division.    The IPTA role encompasses extensive technical assistance for the existing eFAST application, including data analysis, SharePoint administration and end user support. IPTA actively supports this small business program of hundreds of small vendors, 180 active task orders and dozens of workflows within the FAA's SharePoint framework, IPTA is committed to providing premier support to Acquisition Team members and Vendors.     In addition, we are designing and implementing the next version of eFAST incorporating industry leading digital workflows and integrations capabilities to optimize user focused process quality. IPTA is thrilled to highlight our October Employee Spotlight, Holly Fite #TeamIPTA’s talented IT Manager, who has been part of our team for over two years! Along with her expertise in IT and cybersecurity, Holly brings a positive attitude and a genuine passion for problem-solving that makes her an invaluable member of our team! Holly’s journey at IPTA is marked by standout accomplishments and unforgettable moments. One of her proudest achievements is earning her Security+ certification—a badge of hard work and late nights fueled by determination. Balancing family, study, and work, Holly pushed herself to conquer this challenging milestone, and her dedication truly shines through. Then, there's her favorite memory: the mystery of the disappearing Microsoft Teams issues! Every time Holly jumped on a call to troubleshoot her colleague’s problem, the issue would miraculously vanish, as if Teams had a mind of its own. After several rounds of this, her coworker started joking that Holly must have some “magic switch” behind the scenes. The two shared plenty of laughs, and it’s a memory that still brings a smile to Holly’s face. For those just starting in IT or cybersecurity, Holly shares simple yet powerful advice: be open to trying new things, even if they’re outside your comfort zone. She encourages newcomers to dive in, ask questions, and view unfamiliar tasks as opportunities to grow.     “At IPTA, we’re fortunate to have a team of professionals who are always willing to share their knowledge. If you’re asked to tackle something unfamiliar, treat it as a chance to learn.” Holly’s advice reflects her own journey of continuous learning and growth—qualities that make her a valued member of IPTA.
