    We're thrilled to announce that the Southern Dallas County Inland Port is the recipient of a Raise Grant for $25 million. This significant investment will upgrade Belt Line Road from Alba Road to the east of Mason Road, and Sunrise Road from Pleasant Run Road to the Loop 9 frontage roads. The project will transform the existing 2-lane roadways into 4-lane divided facilities, complete with side paths and sidewalks. This grant is a monumental step forward in ensuring a safer, more connected, and sustainable future for Southern Dallas County. We can’t wait to see the positive impact this will have on our community!     Exploring the Future of Transportation and Commerce 🚛 We recently had the privilege of hosting a tour for policy and staff members from the US Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, including representatives from Senator Ted Cruz’s office. They gained firsthand insights into the Dallas County Inland Port and its vital role in our region's economic growth. Key highlights included: - A showcase of our robust infrastructure - A live demo of ISEE's autonomous yard truck - Visits to Loop 9 construction and the UP Dallas Intermodal Terminal - A spotlight on the $25M RAISE grant for Beltline/Sunrise/Pleasant Run Legislative officials want feedback from our Inland Port stakeholders on how they can help the economic growth in this area.
