WHY Discovery Pre-Workshop When: Wednesday, May 4th - 6:00-7:00PM PST This pre-workshop session is designed to prepare workshop attendees by going through the concept of WHY, reviewing Simon Sinek's talk and book and helping you find your partner for the main workshop session. Attending this preparation session is required to participate in the main workshop. Sinek’s “Find Your Why” is a sequel to his international bestseller, “Start with Why”, and his TED Talk based on this book is in the top three most viewed TED videos of all time. About the Workshop Leader: Omeed Rezaian is a Global Organizational Development Lead and Executive Coach at Google. Omeed also has a private coaching and consulting practice where his “why” is to help clients realize uncompromised fulfillment. About the Workshop Moderator: Shirin M. is currently a senior machine learning specialist at Google Cloud, where she helps customers transform and build what's next for their business — all with technology built in the cloud. Shirin was formerly a senior data scientist at Apple. Her interest lies in applying machine learning and AI solutions to help shape the future of businesses.
