She excels in identifying and researching parts, managing orders and inventory, developing customer relationships, and working closely with service technicians to identify parts for service. Their expertise and dedication make them an invaluable addition to our team. Both Rose and Kristi come to us from Intercool, and we are thrilled to benefit from the wealth of knowledge and expertise they bring.
