So grateful to the administrative team and board of trustees at Lake Travis ISD for the opportunity to present their stakeholder survey results at the board meeting last night! It’s clear the district has cultivated a highly collaborative environment around continuous improvement. The conversation and questions around the results and next steps was impressive. Wanted to send a huge THANK YOU to Carly Mayes, Isabel Hovey, and Houston ISD for partnering with Isobar Public Sector and Qualtrics on a day of learning and collaboration yesterday! After some incredible morning learning from Carly, Ryan Jolley Katie Blandford & Brett Callahan, I had the chance to share some ideas and technical training with several enthusiastic data and program leaders. HISD is doing amazing work on behalf of students, staff, and families, and I’m so happy to be partnering with them.

Qualtrics XM Days California Recap! I thoroughly enjoyed sharing my passion for building a student experience listening program in the morning keynote session and then how to maintain and scale the important work further in the afternoon sessions. Key statements: 1. "We care about what you think...please share more with us about this specific piece of your experience as a student." 2. "We heard you, and here is what we are doing about it." But the best part, by far, was hearing all of the intentional and innovative ways these districts are currently and planning to further integrate student voice into their work. One of these was Anaheim Elementary School District where Leisha Morton and her team shared their story in a fireside chat I got to moderate about how they leveraged the tool to increase participation rates and streamline the collection and analysis of crucial data needed to make more informed decisions. I am excited to continue the conversation (alongside the amazing Qualtrics account executives for the area, Madison Krajeski, Alexander W. Micciche, and Ryan Case) and explore the fantastic ideas more like the AI features Patrick Mahaney highlighted.
