Quick takeaways from Permissionless III: 1. No one cares about decentralization if it comes at the expense of UX. 2. If the modular blockchain thesis requires app developers to be responsible for component assembly, it is fundamentally flawed. Assembly is extremely capital intensive and complex. If the modular blockchain is incentivized R&D for integrated blockchains, it will be a success. 3. Most AI Agents are light wrappers around ChatGPT. The first customers of true AI Agents will be yourself. For example, training an agent to be "you" on social platforms. 4. Blockchain is a useful backend for AI for data provenance, coordinating resources for task execution and incentive models. 5. Hardware is the fundamental value building block, not stake. 6. The Cosmos ecosystem is the natural end state of the Ethereum ecosystem. 7. Bitcoin miners are a levered play on decentralized infrastructure networks.

Scaling DePIN: Navigating New Network Challenges! Scaling resource-intensive networks like DePIN requires deep insights into evolving network topologies and the ability to meet increasingly complex hardware demands. We had the privilege of joining Hal Smith Stevens , Remy Carpinito and Ivynet’s Sophie Wiberg Holm on a panel moderated by David Nage , at the Arrington Capital retreat! The discussion highlighted the strategies and innovations shaping the future of DePIN. And of course, a huge thank you to Keli Callaghan—our perpetual cheerleader. Every startup needs a backer like Keli!

Why does restaking need middleware? Operational processes for node operators -- like deciding which AVS’s to deploy on, keeping track of upgrades, staying compliant -- are time and resource intensive. IvyNet’s proprietary software empowers decentralized node operators to maximise the value of their resources within shared cryptoeconomic security systems, like restaking protocols. We close the gap between node operators and the decentralized services they run, making them more productive and returning higher yields. Are you a node operator or solo staker interested in learning more? Let us know in the comments or DM’s! #nodeoperators #decentralization #staking #blockchain

“Regulation is important, but it’s not the only barrier to institutional adoption. Industry frameworks are needed,” - Amor Sexton COO, Blockdaemon Yesterday’s NORS/NYC event introduced the need for risk standards among node operators. Other key takeaways from panelists and attendees: ⭐️ Industry can do more to agree on nomenclature, which is critical for risk standards ⭐️ the NORS framework could be a scorecard for large institutions ⭐️ Staking and restaking participation is driven by regulatory landscape and due diligence, enabled by risk management and compliance tools ⭐️ NORS is important for solo, retail and institutional stalkers ⭐️Staked assets will unlock opportunity for collateral and financial products in traditional institutions #nors #staking #restaking #blockchain

Take a peek at how IvyNet makes node operators’ lives easier. Node operators can use our middleware to execute non-differentiating processes. It saves them time and money! IvyNet simplifies monitoring, deployment, and profitability operations for node operators, allowing them to focus on managing their hardware, virtual environments, and delegated stake while retaining full control of the entire process. See how it works in the diagram below. Learn more about IvyNet here: #blockchain #restaking #middleware #decentralization
