About us

J&J Converting Machinery was founded in 2002 by John Dignam and John Migliazzo, both graduated Mechanical Engineers. The company is renowned throughout the Americas for their services and support. Initially the core business was the rebuilding and retrofitting of Narrow Web Flexographic presses by adding components such as tension control systems, servo motors and PLC controls, to further expand the capabilities of the rebuilt machines. In 2016 Bar Graphic Machinery approached J&J to promote and support the BGM range of converting and finishing equipment, as it is imperative to BGM that their products and services are supported worldwide to the highest possible standards. BGM is a market leader in the design and manufacture of label finishing equipment, die cutting slitter rewinders, digital label converting finishing systems and flexible packaging finishing equipment for the label printing and flexible packaging industries worldwide. Established in 1992, BGM’s equipment has been installed in a wide range of leading label manufacturers and packaging companies with an enviable worldwide reputation for reliability and performance. Repeat business with existing customers has enabled BGM to become a chosen worldwide supplier to many leading print and flexible packaging companies.
