Recently, our Fall Foreman meeting took place at Gillette Stadium, the home of the New England Patriots. This gathering provided an excellent opportunity for our foremen to connect, enjoy some delicious food, and bond outside of the job site.    The highlight was an exclusive stadium tour, offering a rare behind-the-scenes experience, from walking on the field to visiting the team locker rooms. Our Principal & CEO, Matthew Guarracino, and Principal & COO, John Guarracino, also shared inspiring words with the full JM Electrical team. Last Friday, we had a special treat as some of the JME kids joined us to kick off Halloween celebrations! Continuing our tradition, we welcomed our team’s children to the JM Electrical office for a fun-filled costume parade and trick-or-treat practice run. It brought us so much joy to see them proudly showing off their creative costumes as they made their way through our halls. Even more rewarding was seeing the smiles on their faces and those of their parents. In construction safety, few things are as important as wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), especially hard hats. Recently, significant advancements have been made in hard hat technology with the introduction of Type II hard hats. Meet Mark, a talented senior mechanical engineering student at Wentworth Institute of Technology, where he’s also pursuing minors in aerospace engineering and physics. Mark is completing his co-op with our project management team, assisting with ongoing projects, estimate preparation, document management, and bringing fresh insights to our operations. Outside of work, Mark is passionate about martial arts and skateboarding, showcasing his dedication to both precision and creativity. Last Friday, our company came together at Lake Quannapowitt in Wakefield for the 5th annual road race in support of Susan M. Kelly and the Kelly family. Susan, the wife of our JM Electrical team member, Frank Kelly, passed away in 2020 after a courageous battle with cancer. It was a privilege to walk and run alongside her family, honoring her legacy. As a marathon runner and devoted mother to Cait, Eric, Mandy, and Nick, Susan’s passion for running makes this event especially meaningful. Coming together as a company to celebrate her life through one of her favorite activities was a heartfelt way to remember her.   At JM Electrical, our core value of "Our People" is central to everything we do.
