WORK HARD. PLAY HARD. GIVE BACK. This past week the J-W Power Company National Sales Meeting took place in The Colony, Texas. From all across the United States, the Sales Team came together for presentations, learning sessions, team building events, outings, giving back to the local community and helping to make an impact across the world. An afternoon was spent volunteering to help turn hunger into hope by packing nutritious meals for hungry children around the world. The meals packed will help feed kids, feed spirits and empower communities around the world. Working in teams, 105 boxes were packed which is equivalent to 22,680 meals which feeds 62 kids for a year. #feedmystarvingchildren One of our outings was at #AndrettiTheColony Congratulations to the Grand Final Winners! One of J-W Power Company’s, Compressor Service Technician – Tory Coombes, spends his spare time volunteering as the Fire Captain for the Lefors Volunteer Fire Department in Lefors, TX. Lefors, TX is just 20 miles northwest of one of our field offices, located in Pampa, TX. Tory recognized a vital need for a truck that the local Fire Department could utilize as part of their essential daily routine. On May, 7, 2024, J-W Power Company was able to fulfill that need by donating a 4WD service truck, equipped with a crane and an air compressor. We are truly grateful for all of the First Responders and thankful for their dedication and service. We are delighted to show our support, see first-hand the impact it will have for this local community and be part of making a difference. J-W Power Company's Technical Training Team, led by Mark Davis, hosted their 2nd Annual Emissions Training this week at our Longview, TX Training Center. Compressor Technicians from across the country came together to learn about the latest Regulatory and Rule requirements for inspections, compliance and to ensure environmentally safe observations in daily field operations are met. The training was facilitated by Dalyce Watson, Environmental Compliance Specialist, and various guest speakers. J-W Power Company continues to safeguard and uphold safety standard practices by providing educational resources to employees. #environmental #naturalgas
