On top of the world. We recently celebrated the raising of the final beam of the new Mary Bridge Children's Hospital inpatient medical tower, marking the occasion with the Mary Bridge community, hospital staff, and patient ambassadors. Together with our sister company, Layton Construction, we’re thrilled to be building this state-of-the-art facility to serve even more children and families within the #Tacoma, Washington community. P.S. Where’s Waldo? As a fun activity for the kids (and kids at heart), we’ve hidden a cutout of the world traveler within our jobsite. See if you can spot him.

A new kind of healthcare. Our team celebrated the grand opening of the University of Washington's Center for Behavioral Health and Learning, marking a significant advancement in behavioral healthcare for Washington residents. The 150-bed facility is welcoming and free from social stigma, providing a safe and inviting environment for patient recovery. Using an integrated model of care, the center will expand access to mental health services and serve as a vital training hub for providers.

Merging sustainability with stunning design. To celebrate Earth Day, today we're highlighting the transformation of Mithun's headquarters at the Pier 56, Seattle waterfront. From revamped layouts to expanded conference rooms—including a Louver Screenwall and a reception desk crafted from reclaimed timbers—every detail speaks of excellence. The project is also pursuing the Living Building Challenge Petal certification for materials, reinforcing a commitment to environmental stewardship. Making their mark. We're in the middle of renovating the new home of Gage Academy of Art in South Lake Union, right next to Amazon's Spheres. Before finishing the walls, and in a very safe environment, we invited Gage instructors and students to come play. Several members of the Gage community and family came out to christen the walls with an impressive array of murals, leaving their mark and fingerprints on their new home. We love it when our work gives us a chance to bring in an element of play, especially with the people who will actually be using the space. Enjoying the journey together is one of the best parts of construction. Photography by Keith Johnson, Parade Images. #builttruebuilttogether #education #art

New home, new name, new era. Just last week, Cascade PBS celebrated the grand opening of their new headquarters on Seattle's First Hill. We completed this 53,700 sf renovation, in collaboration with JPC Architects and their innovative designs. Highlights include cutting-edge digital production capabilities, a 240-seat event space, reception center, and terrace with views of Mount Rainier and room to host 300 people. In the spirit of always serving the public, Cascade PBS intends to use this space to truly connect with the local community. Recently Cascade PBS also announced their new name, bringing together their two nonprofit media outlets, KCTS 9 TV and Crosscut.com, under one title. Congratulations to Cascade PBS, on your new home, your new name, and your new era ahead! We're so grateful we could be a part of this journey. #builttruebuilttogether #ribboncutting
