Meet Jackson Kelly Counsel Catherine Wright. Catherine is Counsel in the Litigation practice group and the Equine industry group, focusing primarily on labor and employment counseling for her clients and litigation. She practices out of the Firm's office in Lexington, Kentucky. Catherine excels at finding effective legal solutions for clients of all sizes. She has experience in employment law, handling cases involving discrimination, retaliation, breach of contract, wage-hour issues, and wrongful discharge. Catherine represents clients in federal and state courts, as well as before agencies like the EEOC, and advises management on HR policies and compliance. Her work in these areas has earned her recognition by Kentucky Super Lawyers® for Equine Industry: Defense (2022) and Employment & Labor Law (2023). Meet Jackson Kelly Member Michael T. Cimino. Michael is a Member in the Construction, Manufacturing and Mining Law industry groups, focusing primarily on workplace safety and health. He practices out of the Firm’s office in Charleston, West Virginia, and serves as the Practice Group Leader for the Workplace Safety & Health Practice Group. Michael helps clients in compliance, regulatory matters, and accident investigations, with extensive experience in MSHA and OSHA litigation. He also defends clients in whistleblower, discrimination, and toxic tort cases. Michael has been recognized as a Litigation Star by Benchmark Litigation and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America® since 2009.
