Bought a cell tower for $275,000 (9.5 cap) 6 months later Sold cell tower for $650,000 (4 cap) We bought a hotel 6 months ago at. 9.5 cap. The purchase included a cell tower lease. We then spoke to some tower companies and sold the lease to them at a 4% cap. That’s arbitrage for you.

I'm spilling the beans on how hotels make money with Anthony Pompliano 👇🏻 Hotels have many different amenities, but the biggest revenue center should always be the rooms - unless you’re in Vegas 😉 I always like to say in hospitality, show me the revenue and I’ll show you the profit. If the business isn’t there its hard to make money, but when it is there the flow-through can be incredible.
