In the first year of our partnership, BRMC transitioned to a designated rural emergency hospital to meet community needs, increased the services provided to include radiology and anesthesia and launched preventative medicine and education services for Fannin County residents. With 30 years in the hospital and healthcare industry, Amanda's journey from a nurse in southern Illinois to roles like VP of Nursing/CNO, Hospital President/CEO, and Regional Hospital CEO showcase her dedication to patient care and operational excellence. We are delighted to announce the addition of Cindy Nadeau as Java’s Chief Quality Officer! With four decades of experience, Cindy assumes a pivotal role in overseeing all accreditations, including JCAHO, DNV, State and CAP. She also coordinates all medical staff committee meetings and associated functions. Welcome to the team, Cindy!

Exciting changes are underway at Alta Vista Regional Hospital! Recently, hospital CEO Rob Nelson unveiled facility updates and plans for the coming months, including the addition of Glen Maestas as Director of Marketing. As a Las Vegas, New Mexico local, Glen brings a deep understanding of the needs and values of the community to the hospital’s team. We are excited for the future of this facility as we work together to elevate hospital services and enhance the patient experience for the Las Vegas community!

The Java team had an incredible experience at the Alabama Hospital Association's 2024 Annual Meeting last week in Miramar Beach, Fla. It was inspiring to learn from industry experts about best practices and gain valuable insights on key topics impacting healthcare systems in Alabama. We also had the pleasure of connecting with the amazing team from Russellville Hospital, deepening our discussions on enhancing healthcare in the Russellville, Ala., community. Together, we are dedicated to making Alabama's healthcare system stronger and more resilient!
