We're hiring for a Director of Development! Apply Today! The Director of Development leads the financial development function of JCC MetroWest. The Director will create a departmental vision in line with the JCC’s mission and strategic plan and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the department’s annual and planned fundraising initiatives. These responsibilities include the direct supervision and responsibility for; annual campaigns, corporate and sponsorship programs, planned giving, foundation and grant funding. In addition, the Director will work closely with the planning of special events in order to maximize donations. The Director must be able to work with tight deadlines and be flexible with work schedule and hours as well as being available during evenings and weekends when necessary.
