Looking back at our New Market Tax Credits Workshop last week 💡 We welcomed Truist bank to our office for a presentation on what New Market Tax Credits are, how they were used to finance the Model Mill building and how they can be used in our members' businesses. It was a hot but inspiring day at Johnson City Eye Clinic’s groundbreaking! The Clinic's team gathered to honor the past and celebrate the future of their passion: serving the needs of our community. We broke ground on their new Ambulatory Surgery Center. When opening in 2026, the ASC will offer general care while also being the first center in our area to provide specialty services, all with multiple surgery rooms and cutting-edge equipment. Congratulations to this community staple, and we'll see in 2026 for a ribbon cutting!

Today starts early voting in Washington County!  Whether you vote early or on August 1, we ask that Johnson City residents take time to learn about the four proposed changes to the Johnson City charter. 🗳️  The Chamber supports all four proposed changes, as we believe they will help propel our business community forward with less restrictions.
