It is with deep respect and gratitude that we posthumously honor Andy Klee with our highest recognition, The Quest Legacy Award. This prestigious award is presented to individuals or organizations who have made significant, lasting contributions to our community. Andy was a dedicated member of Quest going back to the early days, retired a few years ago and sadly passed away earlier this year. His instrumental role in shaping the collaborative culture we enjoy today, along with his selfless giving of time, talents, and mentorship, has left an enduring impact on Quest, countless community members, and the many students he inspired. Andy’s legacy will continue to influence and uplift us for years to come. Pictured and accepting on behalf of Andy’s family and the company he founded 24 years ago is Penny Allen, President and CEO, JDETips, with Jon Vaughn, Quest CEO, and Bryan Brewer, Chair of the Quest Board. #INFOCUS #Award #QuestEvents

💡 𝐉𝐃𝐄𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐬' 𝐓𝐢𝐩 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤!  𝐄𝐧𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐑𝟑𝟏𝟒𝟏𝟎 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠! While this processing option is not just for lot-controlled items, at the end of June of 2024, there was an update that added this as a processing option to the Order Processing UBE (R31410) that is used to create the shop floor paperwork and process the work order header. This new processing option is on the Defaults tab. This option allows the UBE to update the WO header to a specific status. If you manage item shortages while processing work orders, this can help find all the work orders with shortages; just look for orders with that status. Keep in mind that you may need to create that status in UDC 00/SS. This can also help prevent work orders from being released to the shop floor if there are not enough raw materials or subassemblies available to manufacture. #jdedwards #jde #jdetips #knowledgeexpress
