I had the pleasure of connecting and serving members of my Maximize Your Day Membership last week on performing a debrief. It was so great to hear about their passions, their dreams and what they want to work towards. So my question to you is… when was the last time YOU did a debrief. If you haven’t, let me tell you this. It’s not too late! 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗳𝗲𝘄 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼 𝗮 𝗤𝟯 𝗱𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗳: 1. Take a sheet of paper (or any digital device) 2. Create two columns 3. Title one: What worked 4. Title the second: What didn’t work 5. Now, reflect on 5-10 things that took place in Q3 and categorize them between these two columns. 6.
