Hannah’s House is a unique program that provides a safe and supportive environment for survivors of trauma and abuse on their journey to independence. Through case management, counseling, and community connections, the women and their children who come to Hannah's House have access to the full range of wraparound services JFS offers. New Time for Binah Yoga & Meditation! All women are welcome to join Beth Broodo MS, LPC, RYT, for Binah Yoga & Meditation on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:30-2:30 pm at the JCC. These sessions are designed specifically for cancer survivors and those dealing with trauma, anxiety, or stress. Learn pain-free techniques and meditation practices to promote health and well-being.
