I help ad agencies find more clients and better clients. I offer 15 years of fresh hands-on experience with many different kinds of agencies generating millions of dollars for their owners. I offer 15 years of experience as a client, too, managing, hiring and firing agencies. I know how your future client wants to be engaged and how you can deploy a manageable predictable prospecting program. I work as your fractional New Business Director to engage and develop relationships that lead to new clients, new revenue, and a more healthy agency.
I work with only a couple non-competitive agencies at one time so I can dedicate the time and effort it takes to get growing. I'll tell you upfront if I think I can add value to what you are already doing or if I think I can't. The only way I can be successful is if you are successful and that means new clients.
