With October right around the corner, this is to remind any building in the City of Boston with a flammables permit of the requirement to renew prior to October 1, 2024. If no chemical inventory changes have occurred, your flammable permits will automatically be renewed, and no action is required on your part. An invoice from Boston Fire Department will be sent to you.   If chemical changes have occurred or you foresee any chemical changes in the coming year, your flammable permit will need to be updated accordingly, prior to October 1, 2024.   Additionally, keep in mind that the lab registration process begins on January 1, 2025.   Please reach out to us at support@jigsawlifesafety.com or 617-351-9600 if you're looking for assistance in this process or have any questions regarding your current permit status. www.jigsawlifesafety.com

We’re thrilled to share that earlier this week, our valve trailer hit the road once again for another successful training session, this time with the fantastic team at A&M Construction Co. Last Thursday, our team from Jigsaw Life Safety, including Alex, Andrew, and Connor, took our specialized valve trailer to the Watertown Fire Department for an instructive demonstration tailored for firefighters. The session focused on hands-on learning about different sprinkler systems including wet, dry, and pre-action. Participants gained practical skills in draining systems post-activation and deepened their understanding of fire alarm panels, cabling, and notification/initiation devices. We are committed to enhancing safety knowledge and are thrilled to announce that we will return to Watertown three more times to extend this training across the entire city.
