JLL Spark sees great potential in the German proptech market, particularly in the areas of sustainability, AI and data driven solutions. For JLL Spark, the corporate venture capital arm of real estate service provider JLL, Germany is an increasingly attractive location. "We're seeing really good things here now," says Sean Wright, investment Principal at JLL Spark. German companies have gained significantly in innovative strength in recent years and can also assert themselves internationally. The company PROBIS particularly stands out for Wright because, in his opinion, there are no comparable solutions in the USA. To date, JLL Spark has a stake in PROBIS and ecoworks in Germany.
