The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our solution software services to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. The role requires a deep understanding of software solutions and the ability to convey the value of our services effectively to prospective clients. Key Responsibilities: - Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our services. - Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and researching prospective clients. - Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our solution software offerings and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers. - Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive customer experience and fostering long-term business partnerships. - Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company. - Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to potential clients, tailored to their specific needs and requirements. - Follow-Up: Provide timely follow-up with clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have and guiding them through the sales process. - Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software. - Market Feedback: Gather and report market feedback, customer needs, and competitor activities to help refine sales strategies and offerings. - Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and technical experts to ensure a seamless sales process and customer satisfaction. Experience: Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role, ideally within the software or IT services industry. Familiarity with software sales solutions is highly desirable. Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts. - Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. - Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. - Language: fluency in English.
