    Someone recently went viral for posting about profile picture guidelines for LinkedIn for job seekers. Which is complete BS. As such I've updated my profile picture mine to reflect this.     It's been a crazy couple of years for Recruiters. From sprinting to hire at record pace in 2021 and 2022. To the worst Recruiter job market in almost two decades in 2023. 2024 started off a little bumpy but has finally started to see hiring return.
