The legal workplace is evolving. Are your new associates prepared? Intergenerational tension is a growing challenge in law firms. We have worked with hundreds of junior attorneys reporting higher rates of: - Mental health challenges - Self-doubt - Lost motivation - Work-related stress Our newest program, Ready to Launch, tackles these challenges through a unique combination of practical workplace competencies and essential soft skills development. Our program builds the professional acumen, maturity, and resilience needed for success in today's legal environment… all before day 1. Through workshops, 1:1 coaching, and cross-firm peer groups, we're helping create confident, capable associates ready for the demands of modern practice. Imagine: your Class of 2025 associates showing up prepared to work well with colleagues, acclimate to firm cultural norms, and manage the demands of a high-performance environment – from day one. Now accepting a limited number of partner firms for our January cohort. Put your firm among the innovators– your incoming associates, *and the people they work with*, will thank you. #LegalTraining #ProfessionalDevelopment #FutureOfLaw

About us
We partner with organizations to give their moms, dads and caregivers the tools to integrate the care of themselves, their families, and their work through group coaching. Our certified coaches lead groups of similarly-situated parents and caregivers through a 12-week program, and a year of dedicated support. These groups act as personal Boards, providing connection, inspiration, and accountability. Rooted in the science of behavior change, our curriculum gives members the tools to find fulfillment across all the dimensions of their life. If you're an organization looking to build a better working world for parents and caregivers, we'll help you: - Track caregiver status - Track & measure DEIB - Create micro-communities that foster belonging & connection - Identify which niche benefits your caregiver employees need most - Identify what changes can be made to attract & retain talented employees who are caregivers & parents Let's grow forward together. Keep in touch: hello@keep-company.com ... From our members: "This was one of the best experiences of my personal and professional life. I left each meeting feeling grateful to be part of such a strong and supportive group. I would recommend it to every working mom I know." - Katie "It’s a lot for me to give up 1.5 hours in the middle of my workday, but every minute was worth it." - Purvi "I feel more empowered to prioritize what I feel I want and need for my personal (mental, physical, emotional) well-being, and I feel less guilty when I take time to invest in myself. I feel happier overall, and so grateful to have been able to develop deeper connections with the members in my group." - Tricia "I genuinely looked forward to each meeting and gained invaluable information. I also feel much more connected to my job and firm and more secure in my choice to work at this firm. I feel like I can be a working parent here.” - Alex

Loving this insightful conversation between our COO, Claudia Naim-Burt, and Paul Sullivan on parenting out loud. Up to 73% of the workforce is balancing their careers alongside caregiving, yet somehow many parents and caregivers feel isolated in the challenges of managing both. 🤯 At Keep Company, our behavioral science-based curriculum empowers members to create real change. At home that often means learning to ask for what they need from their partners in parenting. Both moms and dads who join our program report higher satisfaction, not just at work, but in life overall. 🌟 Equitable parenting = better outcomes for everyone. 🎧Full episode in the comments! 👇 #parenting #caregiving #leadership #worklifebalance #equitableparenting #careerequity #KeepCompany #LandD #Learning VEST

As the Surgeon General's latest public health advisory shows, the data around parental stress is clear. The problem is enormous and the impact is far-reaching. So, where do we go from here? At Keep Company, the answer is usually one of both/and. 1. We recognize the enormity of what this data says about the state of working parents and caregivers, and just how many people are struggling. We all feel it, but this advisory showcases the magnitude of the problem. 2. Then, we move into action. Because awareness is not enough. We're proud to support organizations that didn't wait for a public health advisory to move into action for the parents and caregivers on their team. And we're heartened by the organizations this advisory has moved into action. If you are ready to meet this moment, our solution is waiting. Our nudge? Don't wait long. As the data shows, the cost is too high.

A Keep Company feature piece in Forbes?! I'm truly honored...and overwhelmed. Here's some of the feelings I can name today: 1. Excitement. Now is the time. On the same day this Forbes article was published, the U.S. Surgeon General issued an advisory sounding the alarm about the mental health and well-being of parents. Our unique approach to connection and skill-building helps our employer clients and our individual members comply with Dr. Murthy’s specific recommendations, and get upstream of the mental health challenges facing working parents today. The "Chief Wellness Officer" of the United States is calling on employers to take action, and we have the solution. 2. Validation. We were early to this market and have been told many times that our "point" solution is not scalable and our "niche" employee segment is not addressing a big enough pain point. I'm proud of our determination to prove that combating loneliness and building skills is a solution with depth and enormous impact that is scalable with the right technology. And I will say it over and over again - 73% of your workforce is not a niche segment. We are filling an important care gap between ERGs and EAPs. 3. Gratitude. I am so incredibly grateful to the small but mighty Keep Company team. Everyone on the team, including our amazing coaches, are mission-driven, curious and brilliant. I'm privileged to build this business and support as many parents and caregivers as possible with this crew, who amplify each other's strengths. And, as a first-time founder, I appreciate their grace and patience as we learn together. Of course, we would not have a business to build if our early investors and clients did not support the vision from Day 1. "Back-to-school" is my favorite time of year (cue Billy Madison). I've got my lunch packed up and my boots tied tight....And I'm bringing this new momentum into Tuesday morning. Until then...I'm taking a break this Labor Day weekend and hope you enjoy it as well!
