Joivy expands its presence in Milan by managing new apartments in Via Savona, in the heart of Milan's Tortona District. Thanks to Il Sole 24 Ore and Laura Cavestri for talking about this project. This project is important to us because it has been possible by the 360° work of the entire Joivy ecosystem. The first step was managed by Joivy Invest, which took care of the scouting, assessed the property, and closed the deal using the ‘buy to rent’ formula. In a second step, Joivy Renew, another business unit of ours, took care of the renovation and furnishing. Thanks to their work, we were able to transform a former gym into several two- and four-room apartments that Joivy now manages for the short and medium term. This collaboration allows those interested in real estate investment to be followed not only in the early stages but to have a complete ‘turnkey’ solution.
