Harvest up-DATE pt. 2🌴 our co-founder Greg was back at the Joolies date farm last week in sunny Coachella, checking on our Medjool beauties! They are ripening perfectly and almost ready for harvest!🤌💕✨ ‼️Fun fact: See those date palms in a single line without the mesh bags? Those are our male trees! For every 50 female trees, there’s just 1 male tree, so we hand-pollinate to make sure every trees is sustainably covered!✨ Flashback to February/March: That’s when we harvested pollen from the male trees to pollinate all 1,000 acres efficiently and effectively! #medjooldates #datesfruit #dates #jooliesdates #joolies

In the studio getting in some stop motion where I can! Sometimes inspiration strikes at the most unexpected times. The idea for this came while considering dessert options during our last weekend bbq, I was inspired by some leftover Joolies Dates I found along with the Straus Family Creamery vanilla ice cream and TOPO CHICO we had. Thankfully my favorite hand model was on set and ready to jump in! Having a studio at home not only helps when inspiration calls, it makes remote shooting for my clients a breeze.
