✅ The final phase of the construction process is called Post-Construction. During this stage, all systems and equipment are tested to ensure they function correctly. Building inspectors carry out a final inspection to make sure the structure meets all local building codes and project specifications. Once the building passes inspection, it's delivered to the client. The client reviews the final project, makes final payments, and resolves any outstanding disputes. #JordonConstructionCompany #Construction #ConstructionIndustry

🏗️ The Construction phase involves preparation of the construction site, including the laying of foundations and the setup of site services. Next the physical construction begins. During this stage it is crucial that contractors adhere to the architectural plans and specifications laid out in the Planning & Design phase. Ongoing quality control inspections are conducted throughout to ensure that construction meets all building standards, codes, and specifications. #JordonConstruction #Construction #ConstructionIndustry

A statement from JCC President James Jordon: In the wake of Hurricane Helene, our hearts are heavy as we witness the profound impact it has had on our community. To those families who have suffered devastating loss, we offer our deepest condolences. Words cannot express the sorrow we feel for your pain, and we stand with you in this time of grief and recovery. But even in the midst of such tragedy, we have seen the power of our community's resilience and unity. Neighbors helping neighbors, businesses stepping up, and people offering whatever they can to those in need—this is what defines us. It’s these acts of kindness and strength that will guide us through this recovery and help rebuild what has been lost. We encourage everyone to continue supporting each other, whether through volunteering, donating, or simply offering a helping hand. The road to recovery is long, but together, we can overcome anything. As always, Jordon Construction Company is committed to being a part of that recovery and standing alongside this community we are so proud to call home. Stay strong, look out for one another, and never forget that we are in this together. — James D. Jordon Jordon Construction Company
