Recently, we received an inquiry from a national company that tragically lost a board member to suicide. This board member had been advocating for company-wide mental health training for months, and now the organization is finally taking that vital step. Had an incredible experience leading the 'Acting As If' exercise with students at the UC Santa Barbara! This activity encouraged students to introduce themselves as if they had already achieved their greatest dreams. It was a powerful lesson in self-worth and envisioning success. Some students found it easy, while others struggled, highlighting the importance of inner work and developing a healthy relationship with oneself.
