We're back! Happy Feature Friday :) This week's feature focuses on using Joyn to automatically extract trending topics across your team (and company). Why did we build this? * You don't know what you don't know * Surprises can be fun but work surprises... not so much ---- For Prod & Eng: unexpected customer requests can blow up your roadmap ---- For CS: Feeling uninformed can hurt your relationship with the customer What does it solve? * Gives you a snapshot of priorities and activities based on what people are actually swarming on How? * Summarizes, extracts, and translates work happening across tools (think: Jira, Linear, Slack, Notion, etc) * Sends most relevant topics directly to you via Slack * Allows you to deep-dive and follow relevant topics so you can stay in the loop What's next? * Collect and act on as much feedback as possible (hello feedback!) * Iterate on the level of personalization needed for each user and role * Improve on the deep-dive view and add trend-filtering logic https://lnkd.in/egX7VAYB #trendingtopics #featurefriday #buildintheopen #joyn #customersucess #engineering #product
