Med Ad News spoke with professionals, from interns through senior-level pharma marketers, to get a pulse on how agencies are fostering the development of interns and entry-level professionals. They delved into the hurdles encountered when stepping into the pharma marketing industry and offered valuable advice from both newcomers and established professionals in the field. JPA Health’s Kelly McNeil, SVP, Strategy, offered her perspective: “Working in an agency, there can be long days, and there can be hard days. I always sleep well at night knowing that even just a little bit of what we are doing is in some way, shape, or form helping to make the world a healthier place and helping people to live healthier lives.” Read more about how JPA Health and other agencies are shaping future leaders in healthcare marketing: https://lnkd.in/eUuwJ9FR

This spring National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) , in partnership with JPA Health and the Dr. Lorna Breen Heroes' Foundation, hosted a virtual workshop series for hospital leaders. Diving deeper into the Impact Wellbeing™ Guide, the series explored the Guide’s six stepwise actions, goals, and resources to make operational-level changes to improve healthcare worker wellbeing. A recent blog post, co-authored by Emily Novicki, NIOSH, Dr. Stefanie Simmons, MD FACEP, DLBHF, and JPA Health’s Claire Viscione, provides a snapshot of the three-part series that brought together hospital leaders from across the nation. Participants heard from peers who shared examples of the Guide’s actions in practice and tips for building a safe and supportive work environment where healthcare workers can thrive.
