Located at 460 Ritchie Hwy Suite 110, Arnold, MD 21012, JPAR is set to have their Grand Opening on July 28th, 2020. Greg Fisk, Principal Broker for JPAR Maryland Living, was looking for a model that catered to agents and a model best for an evolving industry. “I’ve been in the real estate industry for 18 years. I know how hard it is and what the struggles are that agents face on a daily basis. I wanted to make sure we landed on a model that is agent-centric, the right economic model, but also has a suite of technology that is user friendly and allows agents to be as productive as possible, and that’s what we found.” Greg said when explaining what led him to JPAR. He also shared “We are big proponents of giving back to our community and engaging in community outreach.
