A dependable problem solver will help to lighten the cognitive load by proactively identifying solutions to issues that arise. This can be as simple as assisting with an email or acquiring necessary documentation. By committing ourselves fully to tasks and showing others that they can count on us, we can lighten the cognitive load of our teammates, streamline our processes and deliver amazing results.

At JSPC, our strength lies in our ability to tackle challenges head-on and find innovative solutions. Being a problem-solver means more than just fixing issues; it's about approaching obstacles with creativity, persistence, and a positive mindset. Every challenge is an opportunity for innovation. Our problem-solving approach utilizes the 1-3-1 method: This involves first identifying our problem, followed by brainstorming three plausible solutions to address it. After analyzing our three solutions, the final step is presenting our analysis along with a recommendation to solve the problem. By leveraging all available tools such as the 1-3-1 method and keeping an open mind to gauge multiple perspectives, we ensure well-rounded solutions.

She shared her incredible career journey with us tonight and offered invaluable advice to us young women beginning our own careers. Women like Jessi continue to achieve and inspire even when faced with obstacles, demonstrating that perseverance and self-confidence are two of the most important values one can have.
