We're excited to have recently begun working with NewFest, New York’s largest presenter of LGBTQ+ film and media, to build alignment around the vision for the organization's next chapter, and develop a plan that will help them realize this vision.

We are a boutique consulting firm that supports non-profit organizations, family offices, and private foundations.
About us
About Us Julep Consulting is a boutique firm that offers a full suite of services to nonprofit organizations, family offices, and private foundations. We specialize in fundraising, strategic advisement, leadership coaching, finance, and human resources. Specific areas of expertise include development strategy and counsel, strategic planning, recruiting, board and staff training, prospect research, data management, capacity building, and organizational development. Everything we do for our clients is bespoke to their needs, as we offer counsel and best practices rather than templates or canned advice. Non-profit executives thrive with collegial and confidential feedback, so we emphasize thought partnership and a therapeutic approach in which the client owns most of the work. Clients Our clients span diverse issue areas, with a focus on the environment and climate change mitigation initiatives, urban spaces, arts and culture, criminal justice reform, workforce development, and higher education. The common theme of our work is a strong commitment to progressive social values and nearly all clients are previous colleagues or repeat clients. Clients include the Alliance of Higher Education in Prison, Bronx River Alliance, Central Park Conservancy/Institute for Urban Parks, the Exoneration Initiative, MAD, Restore the Mississippi River Delta, Sag Harbor Cinema, and the Times Square Alliance. Team The heart of Julep Consulting is the intellectual capital and professional experience of our team. We intimately understand the challenges faced by nonprofits and foundations because we have been there ourselves - together, our team has (nearly!) a combined century of experience in the nonprofit world. Our skill sets are diverse, but we complement each other intentionally and seamlessly. Juliet Page is the firm’s principal who has composed Julep's team of talented professionals.

A huge thank you to Ascendium's Education Philanthropy team for inviting us to their grantee convening in Montgomery, Alabama. It was truly an honor to be included, and Jasmine Nielsen left inspired by the power of the 100+ higher education in prison leaders who attended.

We're delighted to share that Julep has been engaged by the Jamaica Bay-Rockaway Parks Conservancy to help them envision future cultural programs and visitor amenities for the historic hangars at Floyd Bennett Field, as well as support the Conservancy's nature-based solutions for protecting New York City. With this work, we welcome Allison Timmerman to the Julep team. She will be working with Liz Fallon, Rick Little, and Juliet Page. Most recently, Allison was in commercial real estate at Jones Lang Lasalle in Chicago.

We're thrilled to be continuing our support of Parks & Trails New York through a strategic planning process led by Jasmine Nielsen and Rick Little, who are particularly excited to join with thousands of members and supporters to protect their home state's parks and more than 1,500 miles of greenways, bike paths, river walks, and trails.
