A heartfelt thank you to Lauren Sweeney, SHRM-CP, B.S. for the fantastic experience at our Leadership Summit! We’re grateful for the chance to collaborate and do fun team building exercises together! In our exercise, we worked together and built a tower out of marshmallows and spaghetti! It was great for us to practice enhancing our communication, building trust between each other, and share our leadership skills with our colleagues in a tactical way.
