We are hiring!!! Business Development Representative KAD Staffing is looking to add a Business Development Representative to our team. The primary duties will require you to identify new clients and assess their staffing needs in the manufacturing sector. You will then be tasked with maintaining those relationships while sourcing new clients. Responsibilities: ·        Identify potential buyers in the Southeastern Wisconsin market ·        Develop a sales plan. Cold call and follow up potential leads ·        Attend customer meetings to gather company information and staffing requirements ·        Maintain new customer relationships including working with customer throughout the entire hiring process ·        Record activity in the company CRM ·        Work with Recruiters in helping them understand current openings and client needs. Manage the entire hiring process Experience: ·        Minimum of one year of prior business to business sales experience. Staffing experience strongly preferred ·        Strong self-motivation and work ethic ·        Excellent phone and communication skills ·        High School diploma required.
