    Many B2B companies say they have already reached all of their SAM (Serviceable Addressable Market) and SOM (Serviceable Obtainable Market). And there are not enough accounts left to reach out. Actually, your SOM and SAM do not get exhausted, but your buyer personas keep changing the job, so essentially, for accounts that you reached out to 6 months or a year ago, some of the buying committee members have left, and a few new people have joined your buying committee. Also, a lot of context and buying intent may have changed as the buying committee changed. So, keep reaching out to your SOM and SAM regularly to ensure you don’t lose opportunities. In the Kanlet platform, we have a feature called “Account tracking,” where we keep a close watch on your target accounts for any buyer persona movement (newly joined, left, and promoted), alerts to your BDRs, AEs, CSMs, and Ops team, update your CRM and initiate the relevant sequences.     99% of SaaS companies say they are focused on their ideal customer profile (ICP). However, only a select few could build their ICP properly. From my conversations with numerous sales and marketing professionals in the SaaS industry, it's clear that the definition of the ideal customer profile (ICP) is often misunderstood. Many companies limit their ICP to firmographic and technographic data, overlooking the multitude of dimensions that should be considered. What it means to be truly know your ICP: • You know precisely how many accounts are in your ICP. • You have identified the exact buyers and can market to them.  • You know how many are aware of you. They consistently open your emails, engage with your ads, visit your website, etc. • You know how many are interested. These prospects are self-educating through interactive demos, signing up for a free account, attending a webinar, or viewing high-intent website pages. If you look at GTM effectiveness this way, it doesn't matter whether you invest more in PLG, automated outbound, SEO, paid ads, BDRs/SDRs, or anything else.
