⚾Kassouf Barons Day is always a home run! 🍔This annual day at the ballpark allows Kassouf and Kassouf Healthcare Solutions, LLC team members (plus their families) to socialize while enjoying a buffet meal and a Barons game. 🎉Plus, the day ended with a Barons W!

Our rotational summer internship allows accounting majors to explore Kassouf's four major departments, spending two weeks with each area. The internship helps students gain real-world accounting experience early in their educational journey. Their summer culminates with our Kassouf Symposium. Interns give actionable feedback about their experience through engaging presentations, and our leadership team is able to use this information to improve the program. Summer 2024 Rotational Interns Haas Flowers, The University of Alabama Luke McClurkin, Auburn University Hayden Roberts, The University of Alabama Kaitlyn White, Auburn University Our leadership team scores each presentation, with the highest score being named the Kassouf Symposium Award Winner. 🍅Thank you to the Community Food Bank of Central Alabama for hosting us for a fun and meaningful service project! We helped feed 420 families by packing pantry boxes. 💗This project is in conjunction with our United Way Pacesetter Campaign. We enjoy pairing our giving campaign with a volunteer opportunity to better understand United Way's impact. 🤝Community involvement is at the core of everything we do; we're honored to support 35+ charitable organizations annually. 🍏We can't wait to spend another morning with the amazing team at the CFB!

We've reached the final post in our Intern Spotlight Series this summer! Last, but certainly not least, is Raven Perry. Raven spent her summer interning with Kassouf's Healthcare Advisory Group. Raven is an Alabama State University alum and is currently pursuing her Master of Healthcare Administration at Auburn University at Montgomery. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. and a Student Associate Member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). A Phenix City, Alabama native, Raven enjoys shopping, biking, cooking, and traveling in her spare time. She said that she is most looking forward to "gaining proficiency in the healthcare consulting world and learning more about managing projects."

Our Intern Spotlight Series is nearly complete! Meet Victoria Johnson. A UAB alum, Victoria is currently working toward her Master of Science in Health Informatics at UAB. She has spent this summer interning with our Healthcare Advisory Group and will continue her journey at Kassouf as a Healthcare Specialist. A Birmingham native, Victoria enjoys traveling, playing video games, and reading in her free time. A true globetrotter, Victoria has visited Germany, Norway, Turkey, Spain, France, Switzerland, and Mexico. She hopes to visit every Disney park in the world one day! Victoria said she is most excited to learn more about healthcare operations and provider compensation while at Kassouf.
