Katalyst Space Technologies joined the SDA TAP Lab’s inaugural cohort in October 2023 with the mission to partner with the Space Force to deliver space battle management software and integrate the latest tech from industry into existing government systems. We didn’t know how this was going to work. Integrating new software tools with the government has always been tricky. Instead of locked-in, bundled solutions, we need modular, interoperable applications that can plug gaps in workflows. Fast forward a year later, the SDA TAP Lab is the leading integrator of Space Domain Awareness (#SDA) tools for the government, buying subsystems and then integrating them so operators have the best information. We just won a new contract for our ARC CCDM software—an analytics tool that automatically evaluates satellite camouflage, concealment, deception, and maneuver, providing our users with the intelligence needed to detect incoming threats and prevent operational surprises. This is just one more exciting development in SDA. In Maui, Hawai'i, we're continuing to build momentum for interoperable applications as our team wraps up presentations at #AMOS2024. There are hundreds of trackable objects...and we don't know what they are. There is good evidence there are hundreds more which we are not tracking. #USSF organizations are working with #industry partners like Katalyst Space Technologies to find objects exhibiting evidence of camouflage, concealment, deception, and anomalous maneuvers. I had the opportunity to meet Congressman Wittman and Congressman Norcross of the House Armed Services Committee yesterday at the SDA TAP Lab.
