    Our client is seeking an HR Generalist to join their family oriented company. This position will be responsible for HRIS entry, personnel record keeping, file maintenance, correspondence, reporting, and analytics. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will be part of an exceptional and innovative Team. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing exceptional internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. Responsibilities: Assists department in carrying out various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees. Assists in the maintenance of human resources records by recording new hires/rehires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, address changes and other HR record-keeping functions; data entry into HR Responsible for Form I-9 and E-Verify compliance and audit to ensure appropriate employee work authorization. Process separation notices and unemployment claims. Assists in the completion of employment verification documentation for current and former employees. Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars when required. Minimum Requirements: Associate degree is required. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in human resources; experience with HRIS and ATS required (Oracle preferred). Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables & charts) Outlook, Windows, the Internet, and other relevant software; ability to adjust to new and changing computer systems and to operate standard office equipment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a TEAM environment This is an on-site, temporary to hire position Salary $40,000 - $45,000

This work involves the ability to analyze, evaluative and advise and requires an understanding of both accounting theory and practice. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of monthly and year-end financial statements and prepare various audit schedules Post cash to account receivable Prepare, review, and approve adjusting journal entries Prepare and review account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations Capital Expenditure project tracking, recording, and reporting Prepare monthly financial reporting to support the company’s line of credit Prepare monthly state sales tax returns via Avalara Prepare schedules for tax audits (property, state, federal, FET, and sales tax) Accumulate and assimilate information for yearly renewal of insurance policies Assist Finance Manager on special projects, analyses, etc. as necessary Assist Cost Accounting in taking physical inventories semi-annually Assist A/R and A/P in researching and resolving problems Required Education, Knowledge & Skills Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field Proficient Excel (intermediate), Word and Power Point skills ERP experience General Ledger Experience Sound understanding of accounting principles. This is an On-Site role Salary $55,000 - $65,000
